It's not an exact amount. It's more a "unit" of measure, depending on your bank roll. Most experienced cappers always rate their picks by units. Some call them dimes (Brandon Lang). Cappers have clients on all sorts of levels, and they must give them all an idea of how strong they feel about the pick.
